The service here is amazing with some of the best people on the team here. Combined with clean and comfortable rooms you won’t be disappointed in your stay. The rooms are comfortable with all the standard features. With a good restaurant and excellent menu with some really good flavours and sized meals. We had some technical issues with our TV but Maxim was of great assistance and helped sought out our issue with nil issue at all. The location is a bit out of town but the tram stops are conveniently in walking distance from the hotel and is free In Luxembourg. Check out was easy and smooth and we had nil issues with again the amazing staff from beginning to end.

The stay was very good overall, the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable and the hotel is in an ideal location in terms of transport and for work. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. I was only disappointed that there were construction/refurbishment works taking place right next to my room (drilling and hammering), this unfortunately made it quite difficult to relax and concentrate and was not able to rest properly in the mornings. The reception staff was very kind and generous to offer me complementary breakfast as compensation, which I was grateful for, but of course it would have been preferable to be given a notice in advance or at least booked in a different room from the beginning.

This hotel is where I learned that smell plays a huge part in the stay. We were quite excited to stay here as we had paid a moderate amount for it but we were disappointed the moment we walked in. There was a horrible smell. It says none smoking on the outside but for sure it used to be a smoking room. The beds are huge here and the bathroom is quite small. The rooms felt worn out and not very clean. The beds were kind of lumpy. The only part I liked about the hotel was that the TV was quite new. The location is okay as transportation is free here. The tram is only a 2 minute walk which is nice and convenient. The staff down in the lobby are also really friendly and nice. The lobby is huge. Would only recommend if you want huge beds and don't mind horrid smells

We had a comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast was good. I'd really like to mention the gentleman at bar counter on the night of 6th Nov'23. I was seated alone in the reception lobby. He was kind enough to bring me hot water when asked and checked on me whether I needed anything. Couldn't thank l him properly before I left. I hope the review reaches the gentleman. Overall a good experience.

It good have been a 10 if I did not had to pass people having breakfast in the corridor from a conference held between reception and the lifts to my floor. The room was nice and spacious, however not much room for clothes in the wardrobe. The bed was a bid on the soft-side but that's merely a personal preference. It took some time to figure out how to operate the light switches and get the room dark.
