Lovely hotel just outside the city centre. It has a kids playground just outside, not a problem, it actually makes it nice and relaxed as families meet and have a drink while the kids play. Rooms are nice, quite traditional and unique, also comfortable and clean. The beer is good and we also ate in the restaurant which was very good and a reasonable price. The staff were lovely and very helpful, they actually phoned in the UK when there was a problem with our room. Definitely recommend.

A nice place surrounded by wood, 3 km away from Luxembourg’s city centre. The beds were of very poor quality; Breakfast was with a limited buffet offer and the restaurant’s quality was good, with excellent wine but expensive (salmon salad of €28). Nice place for a morning walk and bird listening.

Unfortunately the service is below the minimum. We’ve been there as a group and because of the milk allergy, I asked the waiter to bring something without dairy. He was sure that the dish I asked about is without dairy and then when the dish was brought, it was obviously with dairy. When asked if he checked, he said that he will check again. And of course it contained cream. I was furious, of course. Not saying that my husband asked for a medium rare beef grill and he was brought as well done. When asked to be changed, he got a very rare grill. And the side dishes were served very late, when the main dish was already cold. We will definitely never come again to this restaurant
