This hotel is suited for classical cigarette smokers, people without hearing, color blind or who enjoy 🚽 odors. Service at the reception is truly very friendly, and the dogs are very welcome. Otherwise, it seems that the guests for longer stay (1-2 weeks) are not welcome neither by the rooms’ design (no closet at all only a few hangers, barely any space for 🧳) nor when assigning the room (most likely to get not the best option). We got 2 rooms, both facing the drive-in and above the smoking area (there are many rooms like this). The rooms do not have neither ventilation nor air-conditioning. Thus, during hot days it is super hot (ask for a ventilator). On other days, still some fresh air is needed. When with an open window, the noise from some powerful machines outside provides the white noise 🎶 from 5am to 11:30pm! Additionally to the cigarette 🚬 smell from outside, the 🚽 without ventilation will make sure one doesn’t stay in the toilet long & closes the toilet door afterwards. The interior design is a question of a taste, yet somehow recalls interior that is appreciated by pensioners who love extremely screaming colors. Despite very friendly cleaning service & reception people, we feel like we have landed at an absolutely wrong place. As having payed for all the stay in advance, we a destined to stay until the end. Believe, with every day we get painfully reminded of our bad choice. Note to the hotel: appreciate guests that stay long & assign your best rooms, know your noise & bad odor sources and see how to deal with it.

Good thing about this hotel is the great location, close to the city centre and the bed was also pretty comfortable, also the curtains were doing a great job blocking the daylight. I had a room on a first floor and it is a really low first floor with huge windows facing the driveway - so impossible to stay in the room without having the curtains in front of the window at all times - people passing by, cars driving by. It was rather annoying, to be honest. The breakfast options were rather limited. The bathroom didn't have any door and there was some black mold on the walls. So the whole hotel room smelled a bit unpleasant. Had to pay 200 euro safety deposit during the check-in and just got it back now - a week after the trip. Overall - you get what you pay for. If you have other options for staying, I'd suggest you consider them.

Nice cosy hotel near to the centre. The room can get a little bit stuffy and I can’t imagine what it’s like during summer, but there is a window that you can open to let the fresh air in. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful when you ask about tips of what to do in Luxembourg. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

A very average hotel with no outstanding features. Staff on Reception were friendly on check-in, but I didn't have enough shower gel/shampoo in the dispenser one early evening and despite a phone call, I was told that it wasn't possible to get replenished, which truth be told is shocking for an international hotel. On a positive note, the room is comfortable and clean but some rooms face the main road which can be noisy, so I didn't sleep very well.
