First off this is advertised as a business hotel so take that as you will. Secondly the hotel is close to the train station so be prepared to listen to the train every day. The amenities offered are nice and they are aware of the train so ear plugs are provided for guests. The local is pretty good as you are close to shopping , local restaurants and the train can take you to most places in a quick ride. Overall I enjoyed my stay as it served as a good place to rest between activities.

It's ok. Nice location close to metro and loop line. They only offer housekeeping service twice a week (Monday and Saturday) so we stayed for 3 nights without room cleaning. They offer free "coffee" in the morning from 5-11 but it tasted like dirty water. We stayed in a double room. Two twin beds pushed together... The train is right behind it so the noise is loud. For the price it's ok but it has more of a hostel feeling than a hotel.

I did not have a good stay. My initial room flooded sewages water into the shower. I got moved to a second room which smelled like sewage. It was gross. I didn’t have the time or energy to move to a third room. It would be flip of a coin whether third room could be better or worse. Good location. Right next to subway station on the M line. Exit 3 is closest to the hotel. Service was good and friendly. I just can’t get that smell out of my mind….I did let the front desk know about the issue when I checked out in hopes that they'll find the source and fix it for the next guests. The room to avoid is 801. Smells find outside in the hallway but the moment you enter the room the smell is pungent and initially overwhelming but you get used to it eventually.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pivot! First things first: the entrance to the hotel is on the opposite side of where google guides you. A train track blocks the passage so be mindful of this! Hotel Pivot is located a bit from the center of Osaka, but it has great metro access - and it's located closely to three Family Marts and a big Don Quijote. The rooms were tiny and very simply furnished, all I have to say is that the pillow I slept on was very tough and hard and didn't feel great to the neck. The mattress did the trick, but the bed was a bit on the small end. I won't have that hurt my review though, as it's on me for booking a single bed. Thanks to the staff for the great stay, easy check-in and out, and overall thank you for the great stay in Osaka!
