Rooms are pretty nice. Comes with everything you need. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, my room came with a half empty can of beer and some random guy's shoes. Also, all the rooms share an emergency balcony where the other two rooms could easily enter your room from, as the windows don't lock...

Stayed for about a week of a 2 month trip to Japan. Rooms were a bit small (as is the standard), but the service was superb. Hotel staff was very welcoming and kind. All our needs were met, Hotel was very clean and tidy. Location is just about perfect. Two steps away is a Lawson, with another one and an extra 7/11 just a 3 min walk down the road. Right in the middle of 2 subway stations for 2 different lines just a 5 min walk in each direction. Walking distance from Shinsaibashi about 12 min walk, Kuromon about 8 min walk. Shinsekai is a short train ride away. Train line to Nara is very close by. Same with Minoh park. 10/10

Good location, hotel is kept well and rooms are nice but very small. Staff is very friendly but they don't speak much English. Lack of language didn't stop them from trying to help us with everything we needed.
