The location is the best point of the hotel. 5 mins from Taipei Airport Rail Station. Many shops and restaurants around. 2 things I did not like was the fact that there was no toilet paper holder in the toilet which was very troublesome to use it. And the air condition in the roof is very difficult to control as it directly hits you. These may vary depending on the room assigned. The service is generally ok. Nothing special but everyone tries to help you. The price is reasonable and I will stay at here again in future if the price stays the same.

I dropped my ring to the sink while washing hands at night. The receptionist tried her best to help me and finally she got a colleague from another branch to help me. Apart from this, comfortable room, very good location, and i like the coffee corner!

very comfortable hotel. they provide free coffee packs with real coffee in it for single use. nice idea. the rooms are small but enough size for one person. there is a big road in front of the hotel, but the noise cancellation is excellent. I would come back!
