We stayed here in November 2023 and our experience was great. We took All Inclusive with Star Prestige room. We took the package from Jet2Holidays. The room had great view of the ocean and it was very spacious. The toilets were equipped with bidet along with Toilet rolls. They clean the rooms every evening and provide fresh towels. We were there for 4 nights and would definitely love to stay there again during our next vacation in Tenerife. There are so many shops and restaurants around. They have a private access to the beach from resort. As part of Star Prestige, you get access to their rooftop pool with unlimited food and drinks too. Their food menu is vast and we tried something new every day. We felt that the lunch menu gets a little boring and for next time I think we would stay with just Breakfast and Dinner options. The whole area is very lively and their staff/service is great too. We loved that they provide glass bottles and every floor has a water filling station too. They also have activities going on every day like water yoga, jewellery making, etc.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with you. Your staff are so attentive without being intrusive. The level of training very clear.The quality and variety of the buffet is commendable. We have previously stayed at Iberostar in Majorca and would have no reservations about recommending this hotel group. You certainly endeavour to ensure all guests experience a wonderful holiday

The best experience I've had in a hotel. You feel like you are being treated like a VIP by everyone regardless of which room you are in. Impossible better location, all the staff smiling happily. No children running and screaming, this is a plus for those traveling as a couple, the resort has a schedule every day and I incredibly expected 12pm for dancing in the pool with Maggie, she is the best! At the reception, Dennis was simply fantastic and recommended the best party houses. On my birthday they sent me champagne and cake in my room as a gift. I recommend it to everyone and want to stay here every year now.

Excellent hotel. It is spotless throughout. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks on AI and had everything we needed regarding food and drink. Our room had a sea view with a large balcony and 2 Sun loungers on it. There is plenty of choice in the restaurant at each meal time. Plenty of Sun loungers round the pool too so no “sunbed wars” on a morning. Our 3rd visit and we’ll be back next year.
