Very good hotel. We was back here 3rd time. Absolutely love it. The food is tasty and there is a big variety to choose. We had booked 3 rooms and they was ready by 12 pm when we arrived. Entertainment in day time and evening is fabulous. Kids favorite was Disney show. We definitely will be back this year once again .

Our first ever family holiday. We arrived to friendly staff, which continued throughout the holiday. The all inclusive drinks added great value for money, the alcohol was so strong I had to stop drinking at times. The pool games for the children each morning were fantastic along with the children’s pool this added variety. We talked to local town, a 15 min walk or free bus shuttle. The food was absolutely the best part, each day fresh meat, vegetables, fruit and juices. My dad who travels a lot, stated, this was by far the best food he has eaten at an AI resort. Definitely would return to this hotel

Lets start with the good stuff: 1.A variety of food and many of the meals really tasty. 2.Rooms really spacious. 3.There are a lot of free parking lots nearby. Bad aspects: 1. Cleaning in our room wasn’t the best. The floor from the bathroom has never been cleaned and the towels never changed. We stayed for 5 nights. I wasn’t expecting to change it daily, but at least twice in a 5 nights stay. 2. You really need to invest is some better windows. The noise is so frustrating. You can’t sleep before 00:00 because you can hear every person that speaks in the nearby. We couldn’t have a nap all our vacation and we had to stay up late because we could even hear the music from the bar. I like to sleep well in vacation. The noise was a really big issue for me. 3. There are no king beds. All beds are 2 twin beds placed next to each other. 4. This is the most important aspect and I really hope that someone will do something about it: some friends of ours wanted to make us a surprise and came to Tagoro to meet us without telling us in advance. When they asked the receptionist if we stay at that hotel, the receptionist confirmed, even told them at what room we stay and left them to come on our terrace to wait for us when we weren’t at the hotel. Honestly, this could’ve had some very bad consequences. What if they weren’t our friends and just some random people that wanted something from us? This is illegal. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW to share personal information about your guests. I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s day and that is why we didn’t say anything about it at that time, but this is really very very bad. I will not come back to this hotel where my personal information are randomly shared.
