This hotel is a scam. I have booked and paid. but unable to stay No code for entering the property was sent. Unable to contact the hotel. Fraudulently took hotel money but couldn't stay

This is a fully self-serviced inn, not a hotel. There's only 1~2 rooms per floor. Triangular building makes the space awkward. Self check-in service wasn't really smooth. You have to use your smartphone to fill out information and scan your passport via a web camera. Room amenities are located on the door entrance. Lots of bikers roar through the main street, so you could hear very loud pipe exhaust noise at night. But the location is great though.

This "hotel" is really a room with a private bathroom. Everything is self-serve, including the check in, where it is done via video conference. Everything works via code and passcode to get access to the building and your room. The room itself is very small. If you are 6 feet or taller, you will have issues fitting into the bathroom. I would compare the rooms here to a cruise ship. It's pretty much the same size. If you have large luggage with you, you will have issues finding a place for it, as there's no storage in the rooms. Room cleaning is on request. We stayed there 3 nights and never asked for the room to be cleaned. If you don't mind that, then perfect. Otherwise, the place is 2 blocks from Namba Nankai station and there's food and malls within 2 mins walking distance. The location is amazing. Everything is clean and the room is relatively quiet considering that it's on a main street.

This is the hotel I stayed in, it is very well maintained and the process to check in very easy and modern even though there is no one onsite there is a video conference facility avaible to call for assistance. The room have all the facilities available and we'll furnished. The hotel is very conveniently located near massive shopping mall and other attractions. Also the railway station is 10 minutes walk away.
