Reasonably priced hotel with parking (20 Euro per day) within walking distance of the city centre. Friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast included, and a nice restaurant with generous portions of well cooked food.

We stayed in one of the apartments and these are compact but have everything for a comfortable stay. Location: convenient, the two bus stops to the hotel are about 5 minutes walking distance and there is bus that drops you from the main bus station very near to the hotel. There is a mall about 15 minutes walking distance but the city provides you with a bus pass so you can merrily take any bus anywhere in the city. The mall has a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. There are also a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the hotel. The view from the apartments is not great. You look outside on other buildings. Apartment: compact, well designed rooms. Cons: the bed was too soft and of some kind of foam material which was terrible for our backs. You also end up rolling to the centre of the bed so very uncomfortable. The bathroom is small and the shower stall is just 4 square feet (see photo) . Not kidding. I am an average height, slender person and I could not move in the shower stall without banging my elbows or shutting off the shower if I did not move slowly. Anyone who is taller or of a regular build will be extremely uncomfortable using that tiny shower stall. Apart from the bed and shower stall, it was decent. There is no microwave. There is a safe in the room. They have all the basic cooking utensils. Service: helpful. You need to request for every little thing which I find annoying but it seems all hotels now practice this. Parking: available.

Highly recommend to stay here!! The most impressive accomidation of my trip to Europe. They have great service and great meals, especially for their breakfast. BRAVO! The night my husband and i would like to have a cold drink, then we went to the supermarkets around the hotel, but could not find one to buy ice tubes. we got back to the hotel and asked the staff in the reception if they could sell some ice tubes to us. and he said he could bring some to us for FREE! It was so kind of him to help with us. Also, the location isn't far from the golden roof. i will come again if i take another trip here someday. Thank you so much!

TLDR: if you have an electric car do not rely on their charger. I'm giving a poor rate to the service due the fact while they have a charging station the service is not maintained by the hotel and the cost of it is stellar. I did pay 1.5 euro per kWh (3 time more than the market). Also something to note here, it's a DC (at 22kW) that is totally useless, they would have installed most likely 4 AC at 11kW and they would have payed the same price for the installation.
