Stayed 3 nights and 4 days with 2 kids aged 6 & 11. Found it very safe. Entry to the lobby is via camera. (You need to press the button for the receptionist to unlock the door.) All the staff were friendly and helped us with every essential. They spoke Hindi as well! The service room staff lady was very polite. All necessities were provided. We are overwhelmed by the great service and attitude. Will recommend highly! Super market and Indian HALAL restaurant only a minute walk away, whilst Rome central is just 3. Excellent location to stay. Thanks a lot, Sweet home team!! Our kids loved the English animations on the TV as other parts of Europe were either French or German. It surely felt like home sweet home.

It is really terrible. You could see the pictures of our room. The most awful part was the blanket. The reception woman acts really unwelcoming. Bad smell from bathroom and toilet even in the first minute of taking place in room. Wifi is not realy good even for surfing instagram

An excellent place to stay in Rome. In summer have great AC. Great location, near to everything and have the advantage to be near to Termini station, where you can grab a train or a bus to the airport 😉 .

You simply can't find a better deal in such a central location in Rome. We were a bit nervous about the hotel because of other reviews, but that was put to rest as soon as we arrived. Lisa at the reception desk was super helpful. Our room was spotless and huge, and check in took less than 10min. We've travelled extensively around the world and been to Rome a few times, and for the price and location, Sweet Home is as good a hotel as you will find. Ignore other reviewers and give it a try.
