My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we loved it. The hotel staff are amazing and friendly. They do absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and special. They even booked our ferry ride back to the mainland, they made everything so easy! When we first got there they served us welcome drinks (we opted for a negroni) and they were fantastic. Then we got a tour of the hotel, the concierge showed us a map of Capri and made many suggestions on where to go. They even got us reservations for dinner that night! The rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel pool is really cool, worth visiting if the weather is nice. The food here is also superb. Breakfast was included with our room and it was great. We also had dinner here one night and it was so good! They also have a car service that is complimentary. This was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend going here.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The level of service and hospitality was superb from the start as we were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, in addition to being given a detailed map of the island with helpful information for desired beach clubs, restaurants and shopping. We were also given a tour of the property, which was stunning - particularly loved the charming sun terrace and garden, as well as the rooftop pool. We loved having breakfast in the picturesque garden terrace. Our room was luxurious and always kept clean during our stay - also stocked with plenty of complimentary waters and a bottle of wine. The boutique provided a complimentary car service, which was a huge convenience during our stay and much appreciated. The hotel was even gracious enough to secure dinner reservations for us at the very popular lemon restaurant. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating during our stay - it was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Do not hesitate to book this hotel! They made our trip to Capri spectacular. From the delicious breakfasts delivered to your room if you prefer, to the concierge services, to the friendly smiles greeting you (they even remembered who we were and our food orders!!), to the beautiful property including a pool and spacious, comfortable room - you will not regret staying and you will start planning your return trip before even leaving. We loved everyone that we met and especially are grateful for Peppe, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We cannot wait to return and look forward to seeing everyone again! As an example to the level of service - our housekeeper noticed we drank all of the still water the first night and, without us asking, supplied us with an extra bottle for each night of our remaining trip. Also, we went to the beach club one day which the hotel knew as they arranged it for us - they had water and towels waiting for us when we came out of our room that morning to head down. Every restaurant they booked for us, we had our pick of the tables. They anticipate your needs without you asking and go above and beyond to make you feel special! We were in the *cheapest* room and it did not make one difference. They treated us incredibly. Book this place and you will regret nothing :)

I don't even know what to start writing first about my experience at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parc. I will start with something very important, namely the Staff. This Team is so careful that you have a perfect vacation. Any information you need (about the vacation, visited places, etc.) they will be happy to help you. For them, the most important "rule" is for you to be happy. I didn't have a single moment when I said that all this attention bothers me in some way, no. The hotel is very nice with a wonderful view, it also has a roof top where you can spend a romantic evening in the jacuzzi. The rooms are generous and very comfortable with a specific design.Your room will be kept clean every time . The breakfast is a dream. A variety of goodies to choose from. It doesn't matter what wishes you have, they will want to make you happy. To make our stay here even more pleasant, they have a shuttle car that can bring you back to the hotel or take you to the center or the Port. And here the drivers are extremely discreet and friendly. If you were going to come to Capri, this hotel is perfect.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve stayed in many resorts and this has been my favorite. The service was impeccable in every way. We keep a Kosher diet and Peppe was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions during the complementary breakfast beyond what we had expected. He even found nice kosher wine for us which cannot be found in capri and it was complimentary. The pool area and breakfast areas are beautiful. The driving service was amazing. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon.
