I stopped in at the J.K. Place Capri for lunch on the veranda. Even though I did not have a reservation, I was able to be seated. Upon my arrival on the property, I was met by Ismail who kindly escorted me to meet the hotel manager to see if a seating was possible. To my delight, I was promptly seated and enjoyed a world class culinary meal while overlooking the spectacular Tyrrhenian Sea. The service was excellent. After lunch, I was able to walk around and fully enjoy the rest of the property. It was a perfect afternoon. Thanks to Ismail and all the staff at J.K. I want to preface that I don’t believe I’ve ever written a hotel review before, but I felt compelled to write one for JK Place Capri. First, emailing the hotel to ask about availability was a breeze. They responded immediately, and we had our room booked quickly! I want to note that we booked last minute. Next, I emailed asking if they could assist with beach club, dinner, and boating reservations. Edoardo deserves a raise! He even helped us get our ferry tickets to Positano booked and picked up, and got us reservations to our favorite beach club that had been sold out! They responded so promptly and went above and beyond. Our room was gorgeous and had the most comfortable bed/bedding. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and chairs. It really made our entire trip feel so much nicer as the airlines had lost our luggage. It was wonderful and generous surprise. Breakfast every morning was delicious, the coffee my favorite on our entire trip, and the welcome drinks and snacks were perfect! We didn’t want to leave! I know the hotel is not right in the town center, but we never had to wait long for a shuttle. We want to give so much love to Lucano and Ismi (not sure on the spelling sorry). The two of them (and others) drove us all over the place. They were so delightful and kind. The women serving breakfast were also so sweet and made us feel taken care of! We can’t wait to come back! We’ve traveled the world, and we haven’t been this spoiled before! We highly recommend staying here! Thank you all for such a special trip!

Stunning position in Capri. Service was phenomenal. Felt like a little boutique family! Great guests, views and food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. My only comment is the 45 minute timeout on the Wi-Fi but it ended up being a blessing to disconnect. :)
