Vintage style hotel in a quiet alley at a stone's throw from the train station. Recently renovated rooms, nice breakfast and a warm overall vibe. The staff was amazing, special shout-out to the young guy Tipu. What a guy, I mean just brilliant. He was always friendly, helpful and pleasantly warm. All in all, a uniquely beautiful experience. Big Yes.

It’s close to the train station, water taxis, and within walking distance to just about everything, but off the main stretch enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. 30 minute walk to San Marco, which is clear on the other side of the city, to give you an idea of how you can literally walk anywhere from here. We had a room that was smaller than most of the pictures, but it was nicely decorated and it served our needs perfectly. The air conditioning was nice and cold, the bathroom was small, but newer fixtures and very clean. We were happy with it. Front desk staff was very nice and very helpful the entire time. We requested a late checkout, which they understandably couldn’t accommodate, but they DID offer to keep our luggage safe until we needed to leave the city, for free, which was amazing! We could wander the city a little more that day without dragging our bags around. It was so great! Breakfast was continental style and had more than enough to fuel us though our very touristy morning! The breakfast area was kept clean and running like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommend staying here!

They stored my luggage through Bounce and the receptionist is just lovely. Very clean and well maintained property in a very cute hidden away alleyway neighborhood at a super convenient location walking distance to the train station with no bridge to cross. Perfect solution to not have to haul your luggage through the steps of all the bridges in the city. I stayed at the Hotel Aquarius this time but next time I’ll stay here instead.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Train station, on a quiet street away from the crowds. Friendly staff, clean rooms. My only complaint is the breakfast. A Nespresso machine? Please get a real espresso machine, this isn't America. Not a big fan of the breakfast choices. No elevators so if you are staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor, hope your luggage is not heavy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable air-conditioned room with clean and modern bathroom. Comes with Nespresso machine. Breakfast was a little too simple though. Overall it felt like a family run business given how the youngest and senior staff interact with each other (like family with closeness) but I think that's what makes it charming. The top consideration for this B&B is the location. It is 7 minutes walk to the St Lucia train station & water taxis to all parts of Venice. While it sounds romantic near to attractions, with many families and couples scramble across cobbled stone or taking water taxis to their hotels, and imagine doing the same back to train station, you'll appreciate the location.
