Great stay at a central location. It appears many bad reviews were in response to a news article, and not from actual customers. Comparably priced to capsule accommodation, but this place has small, private rooms. The building and furniture is a bit dated but the place is well maintained. The hallways and room I stayed in were clean. The room has a bed, desk, TV, mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea bags, bedside lamp, flashlight, slippers and shoehorn. Heating came from a small unit on the ceiling with the control on the wall. The bed had a blanket, bath towel, face towel, bathrobe with a belt, toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. The bathroom has a toilet with a washlet, a small bathtub with a showerhead and a sink. The faucet is shared between the sink and bathtub. There is also Shiseido body soap & shampoo along with a cup for brushing teeth. Unfortunately I couldn't get the washlet to work, but single ply toilet paper is available, and the bathtub is right next to it.

Room was not so good. Air condition not cold take very long time still not cold but can sleep. Room clean have wifi, TV, bath tub, hot water ..... The key pretty big, hard to carry out.

Hotel with good location, staff and rooms. Train station, grocery and restaurants on walking distance.neat and clean rooms with attached bathrooms. one of the best accommodation in tokyo with this price. Ac was little bit slow and tv with only japanese channels. Overall a good choice for stay in tokyo.

Nice place and good price considering it’s in Tokyo. Friendly staff and the manager can speak English so it’s easier to communicate. It was also near the station that’s why it’s so convenient. The neighborhood was not as busy as I imagined especially on a weekend which I like. Overall it’s great. I was just a little bothered with the bath curtains having some little black stains.

My stay was superb! The owners were so kind and sweet. They even showed me places I would like to go. I was able to sleep comfortably and my room was what I asked. Everything worked great, specially the air conditioner. Located in a very clean and safe area with a train station and convenience store in the corner. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo!
