Staff are very rude especially the lady that serves breakfast. They wanted to charge me tax twice! Breakfast is not good, just a small croissant and cheese or ham with a small bread. The room is not small but the bathroom is. I have traveled to lots of places and I would not stay here again.

Room is small, but you have enough space to walk around the bed. Of course, you will have the bags on that space too:) The bathroom is narrow, and only have a sliding door The breakfast is acceptable. About the staff, some are really nice and others so so, but nothing that i will complain.

Hotel idealy localized between gare de Lyon and Roland Garros stadium. Reservation of 2 rooms (2 + 3 people). Easy access to the metro stations. The team was very professionnal and we've been able to let our luggage in the morning. Easy contact by phone to get all the informations. Breakfast and late arrival possible. Rooms very clean. Some details may stil have to be improved but there was finishing works on the way. Employees very kind and professionnal.

I advice you against staying in this hotel, for it has many problems, and I even suspect intention of cheating. Reception works for limited time, so I was greeted by English non-speaking person. I needed an invoice, but receptionist had troubles to write it without mistakes, and when I raised the issue, I was involved in a conflict, had to raise my voice to get it done. Room was furnished with cheap materials, small, hot and without air conditioning. It was impossible to sleep with windows closed, and if it's open - you are all exposed to other guests and personel (anyone could easily enter your room through the window, which is connected with common balcony). For the end, they tried to charge me twice for my three-day stay, when marked my stay "cancelled" at booking.com, and requiring "cancellation fee", after I checked out (it was fully paid on firt day). And as my booking was "cancelled", I can't even rate them in the platform, so their good rating remains.

I didn’t read the reviews before booking and I strongly regret it. Staff are very rude, specially an old lady that serves breakfast. Rooms are old, dirty and uncomfortable. We asked for clean towels because the ones he had were wet from the night before, and the guy at the reception didn’t want to give them to us!!! He got mad!!! I have many more stories, but I have already given them too much of my energy! Just don’t book here.
