The front desk staff were all exceptionally helpful and pleasant. All spoke good English which was important in helping arrange a private driver for an unusual tour. Their willingness to engage with guests when a free moment was available made for a very welcoming environment. The location in the 6eme of Lyon is excellent just one block south of Cours Franklin Roosevelt and 5 minutes from the Foch Metro station. Numerous good restaurants are just minutes away. The room was modern and clean with a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area was also clean and modern with a nice wardrobe, but was otherwise bit small. It would benefit from a small desk or workspace. An excellent property with exceptional staff in a great location.

It is a very clean hotel, located in the central part of Lyon. The staff were very polite and friendly. I specifically liked that they do not have the small shampoo, body wash and conditioner containers. Instead, they have a big container installed in the bath that they probably refill it. This is more environmental friendly.
