Good place to stay if you are visiting Nuwara Eliya. Located in the middle of the town. So, the surroundings were a bit noisy. Towels, Soap and water heaters etc are provided. The rooms and beds were clean.

Excellent location in the city center, we stayed for two nights in a very cozy quadruple room with hot water and extra blankets, the service was excellent and everyone was very welcoming and kind.

Good hotel for a short stay. No food served here but there are some good food options nearby if you have a vehicle. Hotel was nice but nothing special and price was very reasonable.

Just came and really expected more, maybe good ratings appeared when other manager or other team was there.. Manager was sleeping at the middle of day, reception zone is dirty, the room is absolutely DIRTY - toothpick on the floor, dusty, other little garbage, etc. the walls are some where white, somewhere with leftovers of tea or coffee (it could be cleaned just with napkin and water), curtains and windows are in fat or other stuff, nobody has washed it for a long time. Hope, in other cases the place would be better, than i'll change my review. Hope, the owner will manage smth and teach this team or other about cleaning rooms, about service and about not sleeping at the middle of day when its garbage on the reception zone and in the booked rooms.
