Awful experience. This is NOT a holiday resort hotel but a workers hostel. The room was dark, oppressive and smelt of stale cigarettes. The pillows also had a stale smell. The toilet seat had broken and was stuck back together the quality of finishes was basic. The kettle fell apart when we picked it up to use it. The view from our room was directly onto the adjoining apartments therefore we had to keep the curtain closed all the time. The photos on the hotels website have been staged and colour enhanced and do not represent the hotel at all. Apart from the female staff , I was the only female in a place full of male workers. (This was confirmed when we spoke to a number of them.) The staff ( apart from the front desk) were friendly but in no way did this make up for our stay in this place.

Today am checking out of hues hotel,and I really wanna say a few things that I saw in here. OMG the employees are so wonderful and caring always happy which made me and my happy feel at home. I really wanna give a big shout out to Mike for being there for us always. Not will I forget that it was my birthday the time I arrived in later on finding out the receptionist had already give mi my birthday cake which was so delicious . Just wanna say me and my family had a good time indeed. Thank you hues hotel for you services

The parking is extremely difficult to drive through, if you have a medium size car you'll probably scratch it in the narrow lanes. The rooms smelled and were not clean at all. The shower had a blockage filling up the bathtub every time we had a shower. During breakfast they don't serve specialty coffee only coffee from the pot or you have to pay extra. Last but not least, there was really loud music until 3 am right above the room making it almost impossible to find rest. This was not a 4* hotel. Never again.

The deluxe rooms are spacious with all amenities and a good view. I had booked for one day but extended my stay by one more day as the hotel was great ....All staff were polite and courteous.... Ready to help whenever asked with quick service.... A big shout out to "Zahid Mustafa" for all the help and quick service provided during check-in on both the days... He really is the man who is single handedly managing the reception considering the other two staff member looked quite new and were learning, But Zahid multi tasked and ensure that not only me but everyone who was there at the reception got their rooma quickly. Thanks again... Looking forward to stay again. ......

We arrived 1:30pm to check-in. Reception staff is not welcoming and friendly. They didn't even greet us when we arrived and it is like they are just waiting for us to approach them. We waited 1 hour for our room which is fine we understand. But when we went to the room, they gave us smoking room. We went down to reception to request for room change. The reception staff looks like they blaming us for not telling them that we need non-smoking room upon check-in. But upon making the booking, we chose non-smoking room and all other preferences we like. CLEARLY, the staff didn't even read our preferences and didn't even reconfirm our booking details during check-in process. We understand some preference is subject to availabilility but reception guy didn't even acknowledge our preferences or atleast let us know if our requests are not possible. They told us to wait for 1 more hour for a non-smoking room. And gave us the room late already at 3:30pm. It is so sad and disappointing, we chose this hotel to celebrate birthday but the whole check-in process is a disaster and ruined the mood and excitement for this short vacation. Not commendable. Other than that, hotel interior and breakfast is nice. And we appreciate the complimentary birthday cake they gave us.
