I had a fantastic experience at the Triple E Hotel Fine Art Museum. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a room with a window at no extra cost. The staff was not only kind but also highly helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us complimentary coffee or tea every morning, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's central location near the Ben Thanh Market made it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local dining and shopping scene. Our room was spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Triple E Hotel Fine Art Museum, and I'll definitely choose to stay there again on my next visit!

Room is very spacious, small but nice shower area attached. Staff were all kind and helpful. Morning coffee was delicious. Good location. WiFi was often off from certain area of room and noise outside of buildings woke me up every morning, mostly rooster and traffic.

Very conveniently located to many of the tourist sites, all within walking distance. Staff of this hotel are very friendly, helpful and warm. Always smiling and willing to answer every question you may have. Lots of food places to try.

Great hotel to stay in Ho chi minh. Great room, hot water is always available and strong pressure, great location, friendly staff. You can just walk and find anything you need. Big plus for muslim, there are masjid nearby the area. Pharmacy and great food. Only cons : some might feel a bit noisy, but i think its the same condition as general in Ho chi minh city. Just ask for higher floor room or use ear plug is ok. Keep up the good work!
