Can’t beat the location. Rooms are high but consistent with area and very good location. Amenities are nice-coffee shop, pool bar, restaurants. Rooms have plenty of K-cups which make mornings relaxing. Balcony views, even partial ocean, are great. Hot tub is very hot, and pool is very cold!

My wife and I were able to check into our room, and they were able to hold our luggage without paying the Key West Express service for holding luggage. And we had a complimentary glass of champagne upon check-in. The room has a nice view, and it was steps away from a pool and plenty of bars. The shower and bed were clean. Room service was good. Our orders were accurate, and the food was good. Our main issue was that there was a timeshare booth parked outside of the main elevator. My wife and I found ourselves literally finding an alternate route going down the stairs so we didn't have to put up with them.

Way over priced for what you get, overall customer service was rude compared to what you’re paying. Seeing other guest getting special treatment like later check out and room upgrades while my husband and I asked multiples times and then being told they were sold out while the couples in-front of us were granted that, unacceptable. Meanwhile the resort was basically empty. If you want to feel like you’re on a vacation and what to get your moneys worth I highly recommend not coming here.

Very good location but beware of service and honesty. Room was ok but was very loud, outdated, and not clean (I found sand throughout the floors and bedsheets?????). AC was on and off all night, which caused me to not be able to sleep both nights. Then on check out day, I left my room around noon and forgot a leather jacket and a skirt. Since we were an hour into our 4-hour road trip back to Miami, I decided to call the front desk for help. Obviously they were not able to locate my items and offered to take my name down for follow up. When I didn't get any updates, I tried to contact the front desk again as we got to Miami and was directed to a website to fill out the missing items... I am concerned there is no chance I will be able retrieve belongings. Granted these are not high value items, they are special to me. Based on this experience, I would NOT come back to this property.

We often drop in and stay at this Hyatt. We love the location and we love the facility. Everything you need is there. The happy hour is great, the food is excellent. Want to go explore, rent a scooter or golf cart, right there on premises. Now for the service/staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel more than welcomed, you feel like family. Front desk (I wish I could remember you all), Mia, Marcela, Marek, Chris-wish I could give you all more than 5 stars! The bar staff (I wish I could remember you all), TJ, Aggie; THANK YOU for always making our stay superb. Restaurant, Dan and Joanna the very best servers. Housekeeping (warm, welcoming, want to accommodate and care for your every need. Is the hotel in need of some upgrades? Not really. What you have is a resort that is constantly exposed to the elements of an island, sea water, salt. Hyatt more than keeps it in good condition. I would give this resort 6 stars if it were available. See you soon!
