This hotel was even better than we'd hoped. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well stocked. The kitchenette was so handy, even just for one day, and the bed was so comfortable. The blanket wasn't the best, it was a little itchy in my opinion, but the sheets were nice. The bathroom was also quite nice. The sink is outside the door to the toilet and shower, which helps with space and felt very convenient. The shower was incredible! Usually showers are too short for my husband, but this one was very comfortable and didn't make him feel like he needed to stoop at all. The pool and hot tub were both nice as well, a little out of the way but worth it. There's even a shower head near the pool for rinsing off before walking back to your room, which was a nice bonus. We didn't visit the bar, but the breakfast was pretty solid. Some good options, a little variety, and all pretty good. Not the best we've had, but definitely up there and can't complain for it being included in the room price.

This has been one of the best Hyatt House stays. Pros: - Rooms are clean and well maintained. - Spacious. Nice layout (I've been to some weird ones). - Friendly front desk staff. Very accommodating. - Quiet if your room is facing the mall and not the Penn Tpke. - Quiet A/C. - Love the bed and linen! - Nice shower that warms up instantly and with good water pressure Cons: - Walls and doors are thin. Wasn't so obvious at first but then I heard my neighbors talking. I wasn't too bothered by the occasional chatter. Good thing people mostly come here to shop with family not party. - No peace if your room is facing the highway - Ordered a 12 dollar burger from the H bar. The patty is dry and tastes like salt. Salad is soggy and wilted.

We stayed here during the weekend of October 20-22. Upon entering the building, I was impressed with the decor and staff. They are located in a great area close (walking distance) to the mall, and several restaurants. You can literally walk to Melting Pot (they share a portion of the parking lot) and J. Alexander. The room was very clean and spacious. One of the couples in our group had the one-bedroom suit. It was a very nice size and was able to comfortably accommodate 4 couples hanging out. Also, the outside area had a few patio areas and more that had a very nice firepit. I would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This is the old Sierra Hotel next to the King of Prussia Mall (and is a very convenient location for shopping and being a home base if the rest of the family wants to be in the mall). The rooms are super clean and don't have any issues I can think of. Very comfortable. There is a unique room type with a freestanding soaking bathtub. I personally think it's very romantic and worth the extra dollars if you're traveling with your spouse. Note that it does not have a full fridge and freezer or stove. On one occasion the previous guest had somehow stuffed rose petals down the drain and when I removed the drain plug the pressure somehow exploded the rose petals in my face. The hotel's engineer quickly resolved the issue and the bathtub returned to full operation. What service! Please be kind and do not compress candle wax and flower petals into hotel tub drains! Good Hyatt Globalist recognition at this hotel as well: all requests made were addressed politely and reasonably. No technology issues and their in app Chromecast hookup was no problem. I also used my own personal Roku device successfully.
