We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia. The lobby is beautiful with lots of workspaces. The room was very clean and didn't have any funky odors. Everything worked properly. It was quiet and comfortable, the staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast is fantastic but it is not included (something to keep in mind). It is located beside a large mall with multiple restaurants which was fun. Overall a 5 star experience!

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza in KOP. From booking the room two months ago to the check in process, the customer service has been phenomenal. I was attending a conference at the hotel and they were sold out online. I called the hotel directly and the night manager Ahkeem was patient as I explained the situation. After listening to my my problem, he was able to figure out the online issue and get us a room. I am so grateful for his diligence! Our check in was done by a lovely young man, Elijah. Elijah was very pleasant despite there being a sold out hotel for our conference. There is a restaurant across from the reservation desk, Emil the bartender was awesome. For some reason they only had him working on such a busy night. This poor bartender was taking drink and food orders for the participants of the conference… did I mention it was SOLD OUT… Emil did a great job getting everyone their food and drinks. We ordered a chicken bruschetta sandwich, onion rings, Buffalo wings (good sized wings) shrimp tacos, and quesadillas…everything was really good. They have a breakfast buffet is was $15 a person. It was similar to the free hot breakfast you’d get at a Marriot, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, home fries, Turkey sausage, bacon etc. This could have definitely been included as a free breakfast option. Our room was nice but a bit outdated. Another couple had a room on a higher floor and it was more modern. The only thing I’d complain about is the carpets because I have terrible allergies. They seem old and dusty and when I was in the carpeted conference rooms I got really congested. The location of this hotel is spectacular! You can walk to the mall across the street, a bunch of restaurants and stores and Valley Forge National Historical Park is less than 10 minutes away. There’s so much to see in this beautiful park. Go for the stunning views or if you are interested in learning more about the American Revolution.

You can tell it's a re model of an older hotel. The rooms are nice. The bed is comfortable and the showers are hot. Pretty much all you could need in a room. The wifi is sketchy and keeps booting me off while I work but it's manageable.
