The hotel itself was very clean with all amenities(minus the bar under construction) functioning properly, which should always be a given, but each evening we were greeted by the wonderful Mrs. Tshidi! And it's often the night person that leaves us underwhelmed, but no one mentioned this to her. She just made returning each evening feel like we were coming back to a friends house.

Event space is really pretty, with a nice view. They were very strict on when they served alcohol, which was a little confusing, but I suppose there’s a reason for it. The rooms were spacious and quiet for the most part. It was easy to navigate and find, plenty of parking nearby.

The hotel rooms and location are great. The fact that you have to pay for parking isn't ideal. The staff was less than friendly. The front desk clerk was short and condescending. The person working the breakfast buffet seemed upset to be working. I would stay here again because I thought the rooms were very nice and were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, but I would love to see a more accommodating attitude from the staff.

Great suites with full kitchen and dishes, wash room downstairs but it is 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry. Parking is VERY TIGHT in the covered garage. I'm paying 5 dollars a day since I am a member, but I think it is 20/day if you're not. Breakfast is OK (but no grits) (I suppose I am in favor of grits instead of oatmeal.) Nice array of choices every morning. There is an exercise room and an indoor heated pool!!!

We had a great time at this hotel. After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned but the one night stay was great. 1. Let's just confirm once and for all... there is no omelet station!!! Even though some ppl are specifically booking this hotel for the omelet I hope this review helpful in settling this once and for all 2. There's plenty of parking although the reviews make it sound like there isn't. there's only one section where the cars can be double parked I guess if it's super busy they use it 3. The bed was great. The pillows weren't amazing but after drinking 1.5 L of beer next door at hofbrauhaus the comfort of the bed shouldn't be a problem. The couch is not super comfortable but we didn't spend too much time using it anyway 4. The shower has a fantastic water pressure 5. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it was a great stay. I recommend!
