If you look at the hotel from the inside nice place. But the staff has tons of work to do. We were placed right by the elevators and all night long we could hear the elevators going up and down. Literally kept me up. Then I went to shower before my flight and boom no face towels. I tried to call from the room phone, it doesn’t work. As I am making the call from my personal phone I find out that you are suppose to inform them about your parking in the garage, boom no one told me that as I checked in. But I informed them that I needed face towels, it wasn’t until the 3rd encounter that they informed me that I needed to wait until housekeeping came in to get towels. Are you serious? So you don’t have access to towels to accommodate guest. Especially when towels are a normal amenity. Then I have to wait until 10am to report this all to a manager, when I’m up in the air headed home. WOW. Customer service needs proper training along with housekeeping and the ability to access to things to accommodate guest.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms were neat but had an unpleasant smell. Beautiful view from room. No complimentary water bottles. No microwave in rooms. Got to come down to reception to warm food. No moisturizer, tooth paste and shower cap in washroom. Shuttle to the airport is available every 15 minutes. Good service. Staff and service is good.

This is a solid hotel very convenient to LAX and other points nearby, and one of the only Hyatt Place/House properties I’ve visited that actually looks modern and inviting. However, consistent with other reviews, the parking and loading/unloading situation is downright weird. They have large area out front meant for loading/unloading but it’s always blocked off (staff cannot explain why), and then the overnight parking in the back costs either $30, $40, or $45 (depending on who you ask) though it’s only about $20 via SpotHero (no in/out though). I don’t understand why they haven’t fixed this after all the feedback but I really hope they do. There are simply less frustrating ways to hotels to boost their ancillary revenue.

Very close to the airport. However, they close their drop off area at the front for easy access to the hotel. For the first time, you have to drive around and around to figure out how to get into the hotel. If you driving or ask someone to drop you off, it is very difficult to do so. In order to get into the hotel, you have to use your credit card and go through the parking ramp first. You then will have to pay for the amount of time just to drop off someone. I would prefer not to this hotel. There are two hotel next to this hotel and much easy access.
