I had a great stay here. The hotel is lovely, with comfortable rooms and a staff to match. The beds are incredibly cozy, and I truly enjoyed my rest. The hotel restaurant serves fantastic food – the shrimp tacos with corkscrew fries were delicious! That evening, there was an indie musician that sung songs and took requests; a nice touch! The next morning, the marketplace had a satisfying breakfast for purchase, and I enjoyed an omelet, bacon, and potatoes. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great work!

Lovely property! Our room was very large. Nice mini fridge in the room. Breakfast included for globalist members was not the best, certainly not worth the cash price and there is no club lounge, but proximity to downtown is great! We’re local and came for a staycation to see a suns game and it made things so convenient rather than fighting for regular overpriced downtown parking!

We went to Phoenix for a quick weekend getaway for the baseball game. I selected this hotel based on the location to Chase field and past experiences with this chain in other cities. We were very pleased! The entry to the hotel is beautiful and we were greeted immediately. We were early but the young man still assisted us. He got us into our room on the 16th floor so we could go explore the city and not worry about our luggage. My apologies - I forgot his name but he was friendly, professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious. I like that the bathroom didn't open into the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was low but it wasn't a big deal. The view WAS amazing! We overlooked downtown and right at the baseball stadium. My husband loved it! We ordered room service, ate at the bar downstairs and got local restaurant recommendations from the staff. All were great! The staff at this hotel really goes above and beyond. We felt so welcomed and appreciated. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. The gift shop is great for forgotten items or souvenirs. This made our trip so comfortable and fun. We didn't want to leave. This will be our hotel when we are in Phoenix....period!

Nice room. Bathroom sink nice and big, good for washing your face. TV was on a swivel and tilt mount. There was a refrigerator and a hair dryer, small ironing board and iron. Coffee and tea. There is a microwave in the same area as the ice machine. Which was close to our room. Outlets and USB charging ports all over the room. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The bed was very comfortable. Not a sound, it was so quiet at night. We loved it and enjoyed our time there. Close to Chase field. Lots of places to eat near by. Will stay again.
