At the first look the rooms are luxurious, 10 stars for appearance. But then, little details give away that the hotel is not at the high league. Stains on the carpet, flimsy water faucet. TV stand blocks the way (a room without a TV would be just better). Air-conditioning system is noisy. Breakfast is meh. For dinner, the restaurant at the hotel is good for the price.

Big rooms with all needs but the maid did not make her job properly. A little bit far from the centre but with the tram you can reached the centre between 15 to 25 mins. (Tram opposite hotel) Good choice of breakfast @ €20 per person daily

I have to report the following: The heating in our was not working. I asked from the reception to send someone to fix it at 21.00 and they said they had no one!! And they send us an extremely small radiator … maybe suitable for a WC and not for a hotel room. In the morning when I asked when the technician will come to fix it… they didn’t even had it in their pending list. They simply forget that we froze all night in the room. Then finally the technician came. He said he fixed it and when we came back in the night we found out he was lying. Therefore we spent the second night freezing again. We reported that to the receptionist and she did absolutely nothing!!!!!! Secondly, when I went for breakfast (it was averagely good) they asked me to pay at the entrance. I asked them to put it on my bill. 20 minutes later they telephoned me at my room and they asked me ti and I quote: “come down to reception and pay the breakfast within the next 15 minutes” !!! Can you believe that? All my life - like everyone- , any extra comsumes I do in hotels I pay then on the way out (checkout). Here they order me to come down … “immediately”!! That means I had to come out from shower and go. Unbelievable!! Last thing I wish to mention is the hotel parking. 24€ a day!!! All over the world such big hotels out of city center (that’s why we go out of city centers, for the parking!!) are free. Here… 24€. I feel sorry for this hotel because it looks good in the booking photos and the staff is averagely good.

It takes about 30 minutes from this hotel to MUC Airport and the taxi fare(uber) is about 75 euros. This hotel is very close to my company office that only takes 3 minutes by walking. That is the best point in my view. All of staffs are very kind and well-trained. The room is a little small, but clean and has a modern design. The surrounding area is well maintained and Munchen's own buildings are low, providing an attractive view. Breakfast was also delicious. I enjoyed it comfortably during my stay. One downside is that, like most Munchen hotels, parking fee is expensive.
