1. When we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm there was nothing to eat. It says that the food is 24 hours a day and it is false. They only offered me a bottle of water. 2. The air conditioning in the room NEVER worked during a stay of 5 days and 4 nights, despite having reported it from the first day upon my arrival. 3. The room had a burned out lamp in the bathroom. 4. The transition slab from the bathroom to the bedroom was poorly adjusted and may cause an accident when leaving the bathroom. 5. One of the days when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm it was closed (the security guard literally had to come to open the main entrance) and the lobby was completely turned off. I almost need a flashlight to get to the elevator. 6. There is no minimum telephone directory of extensions on services in the hotel. 6. By reporting all of the above to management, I never got feedback on the complaint filed.

I wasn't going to write a bad review but got poor service back to back so people deserve to know how bad your hotel is. Service of front desk is not horrible but not good for sure. Spoke to Accor two times before leaving home and confirmed that receiption will deduct points at check in for my stay, however, when arrived at 5am front desk lady said she can't do it, spent an hour but no go. I was forced to pay for two nights first until the manager is in after the weekend, spoke with front desk again after the weekend and they repeat can't do it, eventually someone was able to do it but that was after another two hours of time waste. Ibis Museo train your employees. stayed at this hotel again after a week, I know check in is at 3pm , arrived at the hotel 12 noon and seeing many luggage lying around as many people have already checked out and are waiting for their flight later, was told no room is available without bother checking the system. Went to front desk at 2pm and another person said check in is at 3pm without even checking the system. Not friendly at all. Ues. You have the right to stick 3pm check in but I will say your service is not good for sure.
