I won’t dither to give this a hotel a 5 star just for its location, the entrance is practically inside the main train station. Good value medium size rooms and upon request I got a mountain view too, the view from the large windows at the end of the floors is to die for. Breakfast is basic but sufficient and the staffs are courteous.

this hotel is well located just next to train station. Though it is quite a walk to the city, it's good exercise especially in winter. :) only qualm is that there is no one at the reception most of the time, though they are sitting in the room behind and usually busy with their work....

Property is located next to the train station with underground access directly to the lobby. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. They only have 25 rooms over 3 floors so it won't be too crowded or noisy within the hotel. But due to close proximity to people exiting the station with bus, tram, cars passing by, so it could get a little noisy from outside noise. They provide hot water at the reception with cups.

Nice hotel right in front of the train station in Innsbruck. Can be reached from the ground floor with an elevator. Rooms are surprisingly spacious but modest. Bed is comfortable, shower okay. Good lighting. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and friendly staff. Location is excellent right next to the train station so if you need to catch a train this is a perfect choice. The old centre is about 10 min walking. Also pretty cheap compared to other hotels. Great value for money.

The location is right outside the main train station so it was really convenient. Everything was good except that when we asked reception for some conditioner, they seemed confused and told us there is body wash/shampoo in the room which we can use. Obviously they are not the same thing. I'm happy for hotels to not provide single use toiletries for environmental reasons but most of them will still have some upon request. The receptionist could have politely told us they don't have any but her attitude was dismissive and we heard her laughing at us as we left. This is really unacceptable.
