I love this hotel! I stay here all the time! It’s simple but very nice and clean, the staff is amazing and they make me feel like home. I want to give a super thank you to housekeeper Gulcan she’s the sweetest. This hotel really stands out mostly because of the people that take care of it ❤️👏🏻 thank you guys you are the best! 😘

The Room was clean, compact and bed & pillows were comfortable for sleeping. Small bathroom but shower cubicle was a good size. Though, a more spacious room would have been better for me with armchairs as relaxing on the soft bed for watching a film was not good for my back. I guess there are options to check out what will suit you better. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In a quarter famous for sex workers. Be careful especially at night times. Probably for that reason the hotel has a strict policy regarding visitors. They didn't even let me to my aunt and uncle's room who needed help getting down. My uncle came down to the reception to fetch me. They still didn't allow. It is like a full security prison. So upstairs are safe but be careful outside at night.

Very friendly, helpful, decent staff. They made our stay that was for a sad purpose more bearable. The location is very convenient for Alsancak. It's an Ibis, so you know what to expect from the room. Clean and neat. Cleaning staff pleasant and professional. When air conditioning wasn't cool enough it was very quickly sorted out. Lovely ginger cat has a home in the lobby, and occasionally a collie dog visits.

Location is amazing! Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Service is pretty good. The router in my room wasn’t working so I couldn’t get wifi but they were able to switch my room upon request immediately. The room itself however was small and not comfortable. The AC doesn’t seem to work very well in general (except in the reception area) and I’m pretty sure they turn the AC off at night around 2 am automatically. Unfortunately I haven’t slept well at all due to this. If you’re a temperature sensitive person I would advise you not to stay here during the summer time.
