If you are looking for hospitality, this is your place. For me, nice and caring people count more than fancy lobbies and lifts. You and find the most necessary facilities in this hotel and the location is awesome if you travel by train. From the airport, it takes around 40 minutes by tram. The reception is very kind, especially Sandie who is always positive and smiling. She deserves a raise. The breakfast is also good with fresh bread and juice.

Location is quite good, breakfast is continental & good. Hotel not keeping kettle also (to have hot water / prepare coffee) in the room & removed in lobby too. Hotel denied to give dental kit & shaving kit too, not suitable for business visitors Service gesture not seen in hotel staff including front desk

Very good location. Nice sunny room, view of a main thoroughfare but quiet and had every thing we needed. Lovely staff. No tea and coffee making facilities but machine down at reception any time you needed it. Not expecting 5 star standard but clean, air conditioning, good shower.

The staff here are fantastic. The hotel is exactly as you would expect from an Ibis close to the main station. Clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to sleep at a good price. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. We did not eat, but the food offered for breakfast was a good range of choices at a very reasonable price. The location is great for the station, but not too close to the main part of the town. That said, we walked everywhere and in the evening it was easy to get to the area with the best restaurants on foot. What makes this place special are the people who work there. There is nothing they would not do to make our stay a pleasurable experience. Always smiling, helpful, knowledgable and fun to talk to. We only stayed for one night (because of an AirBnB failure!), but we were so happy with the service and the attitudes of everybody on the team. We should have gone there when we first arrived in Lyon! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Lyon for a short stay, on business or a travel stopover.
