Can't speak more highly of this hotel. What should have been a weeks stay ended up being nearly 4 weeks and the staff accommodated us (and our dog) easily and without hassle. A lovely clean, bright room, comfy bed and lots of space for Fidget (the dog) to move around. A lovely bar area serving pizzas burgers and dogs which are really good and worth a visit just to try. Also have live scottish music Thursday and Friday. The staff really do make this hotel, everyone made us and Fidget welcome. Highly recommended, especially if you're bringing your furry friend. Thank you so much guys, look forward to seeing you again

I was in Glasgow for a course and decided to stay at this hotel for location. The hotel itself is bright modern and was spotless. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfy and compared to other hotels in the center you actually managed to sleep as the noise was not as bad. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and the shower was fab in the morning. Breakfast was very good quality and although very busy the staff were very good at replenishing breakfast items running low .The location is excellent not too far to walk to walk to city center. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

This is a great value hotel that is in an excellent location. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfy and I couldn't hear any noise from the street. Perfect for a good night's sleep. I would also add that the staff are polite and have good customer service skills. My only suggestion would be to add hotel safes to the rooms. Cheers.

Stayed in here midweek for 1 night as I was working in the area. Check in was not great as I was stood waiting a good 15 minutes until the lady decided to serve me (the hotel appears to also be a coffee shop of some sort) she insisted on serving the coffee shop customers first despite me being there longer. Anyway, once I was checked in the room was lovely, great size and obviously very well sound proofed as I had a great nights sleep and my room was right next to a busy road. Bar area / restaurant is lovely - really modern with seating all over with booths also. They even have free pool table which is very well kept considering it’s free. Sadly parking is not included. I had to park in the QPARK multi story just opposite at a cost of £20 for 24 hours.
