Stayed here for a trip, it is a 10 minute walk from the bus station or a quick water taxi ride and 3 minutes walking. The room was perfect, had air conditioning, there was service to make our bed again each day, and breakfast was included in a cute terrace. It was down an alley away from the main street so it was quiet at night. I would highly recommend staying here. It is not new age and remodeled, it feels very authentic to Venice which is exactly what I expected and wanted.

Hotel is perfect for our family of three! The room is cozy and an amazing patio for the morning coffee. Fabiola at the front deck is exceptional in helping with things to do or restaurant choices. Highly recommend!

Great location, 3-4 min to train station and just a few minutes more to the airport buses. I was positively surprised with the comfortable bed for a good night sleep b4 return flight. Fabiola was very nice and welcoming. Nicola was great w providing me w electric kettle when I asked if they have hot water. The breakfast collection was nice also. Thank you!
