It’s such a nice, cozy and beautiful accommodation. I stayed with my partner and we had such a nice sleep! The location is very central the street where the hotel is located is very quiet which makes it very practical for who wants to explore the downtown but also wants to have a good sleep. Clean sheets, spotless shower and toilet, nice towels and very nice staff always willing to help!

This is the second time I have stayed at Istanbul Comfort Hotel. Let me tell you upfront. Please do not compare this hotel to 4-5 star hotels. It is a budget hotel but has really good services and fantastic location. The major mosques are within walking distance. The room is small and old but clean. The breakfast is simple but has a good quality of cheese, breads, salami, and fruit. It's so easy to dine in and to do shopping. I will stay again if I am in Istanbul.

We have stayed there for 3 nights and it was a horrible experience First of all there is no cleanliness, in total 4 days they have not cleaned our room and only once they emptied the tiny dustbin which was not enough for garbage even. Rooms are uncomfortable, smelly and this building is just opposite to a bachelor building so they make alot of noise in night. Building is on a steep so its very difficult to walk. There is no lift and They gave us room on 4th floor with an infant , we asked for down floors because of baby but they kept telling us we will change it later and never changed. The only good thing about this is their kitchen staff Ayesha, she was nice and helping.
