When I reached this hotel, staff said they gonna bring me same hotel. But it was totally diffrent hotel, from the lobby, which is lousier. But they asked me to sign in check in form, so I refused. I criticized a lot for this matter, and they tried to deal with me..omg...l booked 4 days in a low, so they said 3 days at istasyon, only 1 day at lousy hotel. Of course I refused, and they finally bring me to istasyon hotel. U know what? They said double booking was happened, but there was ONE VACANCY!!!! It was not cleaned yet, so they didnt want to give it to me. I asked for his apology, but he never said sorry to me. My whole trip in istanbul was ruined by this situation. I never recommend u here seriously.

Excellent hotel. Our son found it for us on the recommendation of friends and paid for it. And we are very grateful to him for this. The flavor of the old city, everything is nearby. And at the same time, the hotel itself evokes admiration and respect. Very cozy rooms, furniture and renovation itself in the style of old Istanbul. Special thanks to the staff for their help and hospitality. Murtaza met us, explained everything perfectly and helped. Thanks to him! Friends, we recommend this hotel! By the way, thank you for the transfer from the airport and back!
