The hotel is located in walking distance from the centre of Jaffa and right outside of its door you can grab the tram. The staff was very polite, kind and assisting and the 24/7 snack buffet came in handy. The rooms where spacious and well decorated. I do believe that the room could be a bit cleaner (a bit dusty)

Superb location on the brand new light-rail to get around. Near plenty of shops and restaurants. Excellent service, with 24 hour snacks and coffee. Room was nice, but I agree with another review that the bright green light in the entry can be annoying. The manager was super nice and made sure everything was in order. Do note that there isnt a 24hour reception though. Arriving after midnight and before eight in the morning is a no-go.

Frankly, a disappointment. Pros: very well located. Clean. Modern. Cons: where to start... The hotel is in the second floor of an old mall. It is just one floor. There is no 24h front desk, which is not a problem since they provide codes to access the building. Our room was TINY. We had 4 mismatched hangers in the cupboard, and not enough space for our things. There is a desk crammed between the bed and the wall, totally unusable. The rooms are painted in dark green and black, couple it with a tiny window and you get a very dark and gloom room. The rooms have no soundproofing at all. You hear everything, everywhere, all at once. Somebody coming in at 2am? You hear it. An early bird having a coffee in the "lobby"? Crystal clear sound. There's a bright green light in the ceiling of the room that illuminated us at night. Better bring an eye mask if you are sensible about sleeping in the dark. Housekeeping was non existent. The room was very clean on arrival, after the first night they straightened the bed sheets a bit and that was it. Towels were small, thin, and one of them was ragged. Internet was fast, but it went out a morning for and we lost our train because we couldn't order a cab.

We didn’t expect that this hotel have a great location. It’s just walking distance to Alma Beach, Neve Tzedek, Rotschild Blvd, Carmel Market, Old Jaffa, Jaffa flea market, and lots more. They have an open snack bar at the lobby that is free for all the guests. Includes coffee, tea, cakes, dates, nuts, crisps etc. You can find cafes, restaurants & bars around the corner. Staff are really friendly & nice.
