I booked a twin room and it has 2 twin beds, even though I was traveling solo as the rate was the same. I booked room only with no breakfast. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a small sofa area and a coffee table. Slippers are provided inside the room. The sink is located outside the bathroom. You can also select the different types of pillows (from the lobby) for your preference. There are amenity items (cleanser, face lotion, toothbrush, hairbrush, etc) available in the lobby if you need them for your stay. No view from my window, just looking at the building with offices, next to the hotel. There is a lounge area in the basement level for reading mangas or magazines and also a place where you can get hot coffee or tea in the basement. I saw they have spa (separate for women/men) nearby the lounge but I didn't enter. The coin laundry also in the same area as the lounge but it has a door that closed so the noise will not disturb the guests in the lounge area. Minimal interaction with the staff. They have the self check in/out kiosk. But they are very friendly. Always smile and greet the guests when we were passing by the lobby area. Walking distance was about 10 mins from Sapporo Station. There are a few Family Marts and 7-Eleven nearby. Walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower. The Tokyu Departmental Store is only 1 block away, and there are plenty of food stalls down in the basement food court area.

Traveling to Hokkaido with some friends and booked 4 rooms. We booked rooms separately and did not require rooms to be arranged together. The travel plan is to stay in another city for a day after checking out, and then return to this hotel to check in again. We’d like to leave my luggage at the hotel until the day after tomorrow. Before the check-in date, we had already sent an e-mail inquiring if we could store our luggage overnight. We all received the answer that we could store our luggage. But when we checked in, the front desk said that because we were a group and there was too much luggage and insufficient space, there would be an additional charge for storing the luggage. The cost of storing luggage is very high, and for that price, you could stay for another night in a hotel. If the hotel’s reason is lack of space or charges for overnight storage, it should announce it on the official website in advance. Instead of telling us that we needed to pay extra when we arrived. Although we didn't pay the luggage storage fee in the end, the whole stay was very bad. If you are traveling with your friends or family, highly do not recommend this hotel.

- Great customer service, location isn't that good - If you like shopping, then this place isn't very convenient for you. It's 10-15 min walk from the shopping streets or the underground mall, and it could be quite a hassle if you are carry a ton of stuff. On the other hand, the customer service here is great and they speak English. I stayed here from 12/4-12/6, 12/9-12/15. They let me store a large luggage here when I went to Noboribetsu, which was nice (most hotels will allow this if you will return, or else you can store your luggages for one day when you check out). The hot spring here is great and not many people use it during the weekdays. They also have complimentary espresso/Americano/hot tea at B1, so you can enjoy a drink or read manga (if you know Japanese) while waiting for your laundry to dry. They have 3 laundry machines here and I recall them being cheaper than the ones in Tokyo. Other than the location, this place is great.

Unbelievably noisy, due to a vent that’s constantly working directly in front of the window. When I inquired about a solution (turning off/down vent or change to another room as of next night), nothing could be done. Since I can’t sleep with earplugs and it feels like I’m lying next to a airplane turbine, I will probably not sleep at all during my stay here. Too bad, otherwise the room and the onsen would be nice. Edit: After writing them via the app I booked over, it was suddenly possible to switch rooms (which is why I also changed the star count). The new room was better, since no vent was near the windows, but the whole hotel seems to be rather noisy. So if you’re a light sleeper/have trouble falling asleep due to noises, this hotel might not be for you.
