Okay place. The communal area in the third floor is quite nice with free tea/coffee. Staff were helpful at checkin. Towels and other things not included but can he rented for a fee. Sheets and pillows provided but the bed wasn't made, which seemed a little stingy as most budget places will still have you arrive to a made bed. We had a private room which was very small but just big enough to fit 2 bags in - if you're a couple that doesn't travel light it would potentially be too tight. Walls are very thin so even in a private room you can hear neighbours moving around or snoring very clearly. They do provide free earplugs to help with this. The lift is extremely annoying. It stops on the third floor on the way up and down every time and there's only one small lift to service the whole building. Quite often it's so full that you need to wait for the next one to go down. The door also closes very quickly, meaning it closed on me a few times and one time my wife didn't make it in because it closed while she was still trying to get through the people piling out and had to wait for it to go all the way to the tenth floor and back again. I'm not sure what they could do about this... but certainly not stopping on floor 3 every time would help. Overall, fine and about worth the money. Nothing amazing but also no massive red flags. All the staff were very friendly and lovely.

I stay here for 3 nights. Got free coffee & tea. The room is okay, not too spacious for dormitories room but still manageable. All staff very friendly especially Shun :) I love my stay here. Around 10 minutes walk to the Susukino Station. 7eleven is very walking distance (1 minute can reach already). I will come to Sapporo again next year to experience snow

This hostel was a great value for the money. The facilities were exceptional, with hot water always available and clean bathrooms. The staff were okay and can speak good english. The location was decent, but not ideal. . Overall, I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Sapporo.

Never book a hostel last minute here, I payed 16,500yen for one night here compared to my average of about 3,500 yen! It’s very clean and tidy but feels like a prison / psychiatric ward. Every door has a lock on it, it’s white everywhere and mini corridors and trying to hang out in the common area the music is not peaceful at all. It has 10 floors and one lift. I spent about 10 minutes in the morning trying to get the lift to check out with my bags from the 6 floor but every time the lift goes up to the 10 floor first and it’s arrived full of people every time. I ended up using the fire escape. I have solo travelled for 4 months and this is the first hostel I felt so uncomfortable in I am delighted to have checked out and I have just arrived at the wise owls hostel Sapporo which is so chilled. Also if you are going to charge people so much at least pay for Spotify premium. The only plus is I slept well, I like that you ask rooms to be quiet and no lights on between 10pm-7am and two girls at reception were very nice and actually spoke to me and asked if I wanted to do a cooking course the next day. Sorry for the negative review, hopefully useful
