We enjoyed our stay here. Room is spotless, bright, compact but simply enough for 2 people. Great price for great location in Shinjuku. Place is also quiet for a hotel in the heart of city.

I liked that the beds are lower, making the space look bigger. And vecause of how the room is designed, I actually had proper space to open my luggage and walk around it (rare in tokyo 😅) even though it was only 18m2. Room was clean, linens were fresh. Only downside is location is not so convenient.

Very conveniently located next to the subway station, although it is a bit of a walk to the main Shinjuku area. Rooms were very clean, although my sheets had a pretty weird smell, which was okay once they got changed. As with hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are not big. It has everything you need for one person, but it would be a squeeze for 2. Only basic toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo). I did not like the body wash as it left me feeling sticky, so I would advice guests to get your own at the nearby convenience store. You can also pick up additional toiletries from the lobby at an additional cost if needed.

Great hotel in a great location. Ideally situated for kabuckicko and golden gai area which are about 10 min walk. It's easy to get to the hotel from Shinjuku station. Either a ten minute walk via the underground walkways - head for exit E1, the hotel is right by this exit. Another option is to get the metro to Shinjuku Sanchome station and it's about a 5 minute walk. There is a Lawson's convenience store around the corner from the hotel. We boooked a double room with small double bed. The room was small for two people, difficult to open two suitcases at once. The bed was a good size and could easily fit two people (standand UK double bed size). The room has a compact bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hairdryer. Free amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, etc) at reception. Slippers and bathrobes are provided in the room. The only negative point is that the room did not have a safety deposit box. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast is excellent, both English and Japanese (you can choose which one to have each day). There was also a small buffet section where you could help yourself. Juices and coffee also avaialable. Self service laundry is available in the hotel for 500 yen. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back here but might try for a bigger room next time.
