I recently stayed at this hotel. The room did not cleaned. Stains on sheets, couch, and the room floor was DISGUSTING! Despite it being a double room, there was just a single towel provided. The noise due to a bar nearby was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I believe potential guests should consider these factors when choosing to stay at this hotel. I hope my experiences duly assist others in forming a well-rounded understanding of what to expect at this hotel. I also hope the management takes these concerns into consideration for improvement.

Omg.. where shall I start, well the airport shuttle pick up was late for couple hours, once we arrive at the hotel, they try to put a fast one on us, they claim that they couldn't find our booking so they wanted us to do a new booking and double the price, once we refused, they gave us our rooms. OK OK... Well our rooms we're extremely disgusting and both our sheets and walls had red stain and our pillows were without a pillow covers. We ask for change of rooms and we we're told straight up NO. So when we we're leaving for the airport, the shuttle driver basically refused to take us for no apparent reason. So if they even ask you to stay for free Don't.

NO. Well the breakfast was totally a joke. They have a buffet which was nothing to pick. The worst of all, the cleaning house keepers accused me leaking wine on their sheets and charged me ET$1,500.00. I tried to protest which resulted the smily receptionist to side with them to scavenge for my money. There is a nearby bar that works seven days to blast its music throughout the night. They are only good in keeping your luggage safe. The manager makes sure cleaners clean the room; not our stuff which is good.
