Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment. They don’t allow visitors to come see you after 8pm and they try to charge you for any and everything. Nothing in the apartment works. I honestly never been more uncomfortable in a hotel in my life. I tired to give them feed up to see if they could improve and they flat out said “ there is nothing we can do for you or our managers” . There are many hotel next to it cheaper and way more better and friendlier e.g. Royal hotel apartments and millennium apartments.

Reliance Hotel a wonderful hotel that I have seen Addis Ababa, with good Room service and I had good time in Hotel. I appreciate all the staff & Management teams.

Excellent Room stays, very neat and tidy, they do clean up every day. friendly staff and an amazing supervisor. Good food, and very much affordable beer, drink the local beer habasha.
