Great location. Good food, nice rooms and staff. I have stayed here twice. On my latest stay one of the managers, Selene, remembered me. I mentioned that the next day was my birthday. On my birthday when I returned to my room it had been decorated and there was a nice hand written message for me. Five minutes later there was a knock at my door and a waiter was there with a glass of tequila and a pastry! Totally unexpected! Thanks to the hotel and a special thanks to Selene.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience overall. The staff was exceptionally kind, making my stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all necessities, contributing to a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, providing a great starting point for the day. However, I noticed that cleanliness in the room could have been better, as there were quite a few hairs from previous guests. Despite this, I'm very happy with my stay and would consider returning in the future. The cost performance was excellent, making it a good value for the money. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. Handmade market 8 min walking distance Roma Norte, Centro historical, zocalo are all around 25-30 min walking distance

Apsolutely not clean, shower wasn’t cleaned since it’s made, this is because it has only mounted shower head, therefore when you shower it smells so bad from the mould covered tiles. We had 7 days stay, our room was only cleaned twice after our request. Breakfast was also very bad, very limited options, expected way more for 250€ per night. Also don’t book Lucha Libre at the hotel, we ended with worst seats. Location was good, staff ok, they had nice ofrenda in the lobby

Nice and clean rooms, buffet breakfast is good unless they ask you to sit on the other side which the breakfast was cold as they don't change them until they're empty besides this the rooms are clean and location is good as is close to public transport and walking distance to some attractions. Dont bother eating at the cafe downstairs for lunch or dinner it's very basic food and overpriced for what you get, the street food and local restaurants are much better and cheaper.
