Excellent location and very well equipped room. 24 hours laundry on site and the washing machine has a dryer built in it, so convenient! The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again. The free beverage station with a great green tea was a nice touch!

Lovely hotel in a great location. I love the decor and how spacious and comfortable the rooms are. However, I recommend it with a caveat, which is that the showers are quite narrow. I’m a plus-size woman and I stayed here with a friend who’s thinner than me; she found the shower perfectly comfortable, but I was very cramped. It’s a shame, because that is really and truly my only real problem with the hotel. If you’re average in build, I absolutely recommend it, but anyone with a bigger body might want to consider other options.

Great hotel in a very convenient location... U except when it rains and when you need to cross the street to get to Tokyo station. Excellent service, always very helpful. Cute little coffee area open from 10 to 10. Rooms are for sized. Toilets a bit small but the washing basin is outside, which helps. Definitely recommend!
