We had the best time. What a wonderful resort. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate, before and during your visit. An incredible location. Gorgeous pools and ample room to lounge. And the beach- wow! Those sunsets alone made the trip worth it. I also loved the variety of restaurants- I appreciated in particular the vegetarian menu at two restaurants, that made us very comfortable. The room was great- very comfortable bed and just great. Thank you! I highly recommend.

Great location. However: - unsure if it was the hotel or travel agent that misled us but only some rooms are beach front and we were paying large amounts to be placed in a room not close to the beach which looked at some trees and another building. This room was quite dark and we had to cross roads to get down to the beach. - the check in process was not well organised with the staff not knowing how to check us in. They also attempted to charge us another $15,000 baht stating that we had only paid for 5 people not 6 people and we had to pay an extra person fee. Lucky we were able to find email proof that we had always been a group of 6 and had paid for 6 people. They ended up needing 2 or 3 staff to sort it out and was a very long process. - you are not allowed to bring in any outside food/fruit/drinks as they want you to purchase everything from them (at far steeper prices). - be careful drinking the ‘bottled’ water they provide. Another guest informed us that the resort had been filling up from a tap and just resealing them - we had previously walked into our room and housekeeping had the bathroom tap running with our empty water bottles next to it. Unsure if this is correct but would not be surprised. - room service took over an hour. - ordering pizzas from the bar which arrived to our table covered in plastic wrap. Annoying as the hot pizza had melted the plastic wrap into our food… Overall great location with great views of the beach but a few issues. Make sure you confirm you are getting the room you want/are paying for. Avoid eating at the resort as they charge double or more for the same food/drinks you can buy up the road. For the price we were paying we expected more.

Detailed review, where to start. 1. Actual room, size, view quality 10/10. 2. Breakfast 9/10 coffee could have been better but decent by hotel standards and they had 3 machines 3. Beach towel replacement - no idea it happened at 5 pm so put them out in the morning. Easily sorted with a new one. 4. Handed in second key card so wife could pick up, they looked and sounded shocked when she came to collect it 5. Internet pretty much didn't work for the full 2 days and not resolved after repeated calls to the front desk. Working in IT It's not that hard, very annoying 6. Beachside cocktails - worst pina Colada I've had in Thailand in 6 years, watery coconut with no rum 7. Parking - great In summary Good location, good room. Great breakfast, great view. Not worth the 10k baht and let down by soo many things

We found it overwhelming trying to pick a place to stay in Phuket, there were so many options! We ended up booking an all inclusive package through luxury escapes for the last week of October/first week of November and we absolutely loved our stay. The resort is gorgeous, with so many things to entertain our 3 year old, the waterslide, pools, clean beach and kids club (she could go there if supervised by one of us given her age). She got her hair braided and loved the trip so much she's been asking ever since "when are we going back to my new house in Thailand?"! For the adults, we loved the scenery, restaurants and cocktail hour! Massages too, which were all included in our package. With a 9 month old and 3 year old we really didn't leave the resort but will do that next time! The staff were absolutely gorgeous and so sweet to our girls, couldn't fault the Thai service, which is always so good. We would love to return, thanks for a wonderful 8 nights!
