ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL (unless you like a dirty room and the worst customer service you will ever experience.) Where do I start? When checking in, the receptionist was very rude to my parents. My mom was even scared to talk to him after seeing how aggressive and sassy the man was. The rooms were all dirty. There was a mystery stain in the corner of our room. The bathroom had a bit of black mold. We only stayed for 2 nights so they only had to make our beds once. I wished I could’ve taken pictures but they didn’t even properly fold the blanket and barely tucked the sheets. It was a very lazy job. Also, we came with a group so we had multiple rooms. Some of the rooms weren’t even cleaned while we were gone. They didn’t get any new towels or their beds made. My parents did not read reviews prior to booking this hotel but luckily I was able to read them before we left our room unattended after our first night. Other people have reviewed that they have had items go missing. We haven’t closely inspected our things yet for anything missing but I wouldn’t be surprised if anything was gone. There is no security box so make sure to bring your expensive belongings just in case. We had a driver during our trip and the hotel had showed him where to park his car. The 2nd morning (around 5:15 am) that the driver came to the hotel to grab the car he asked the receptionist if he could take him to the car. Immediately the receptionist caught an attitude and was aggressive. He started to yell that he was the only person here and couldn’t take our driver to the car. This is understandable but yelling was not needed when our driver just simply asked if he could. Our driver has taken many customers to hotels and has never experienced such rudeness before from any hotel receptionist. Save the headache and book somewhere else!

A shameful place for Dalat ! Almost everything are in the room are broken: bed, connector, hairdryer, towel holder, cupboard, with a horrible noise air ventilator ( watch clip ) and terribly dirty mini refrigerator ... And all above is an unfriendly non-educated for hospitality business staff. Worst experience in my 25 trips to Dalat within last two years ! :-(

So for $9 a night it is very good. Rooms are big, staff are friendly and the bathroom is good. I would use them for the price and location. Very central and most things are within a few mins walk.
