I don't have a tape measure, but suspect the room, including the bathroom, may be less than the 12m2 advised. As for the window :- There is an opening in the wall, not fitted with glass, but some plastic thin sheet. It only admits the minimum amount of light and air, as it is about a meter away from the opposite window and hotel wall. You may listen to the machinery working without trying! It only allows you to see out at a wall, window of neighbouring rooms and pipework etc. of building. I heard a customer complaining that they needed to change the room as it was too small for habitation, and they were told to pay another 40 MYR for an upgrade. Just be fully aware before booking a standard room, it is very cramped, you can only get out from the bed on one side. There are also many mosquito, due to the open areas of the hotel, and dark corridors. Maybe the hotel can ensure that photos of the wall opening, and it's aspect are shown for future customers and clearly detailing the actual room size, not including the toilet area. I suspect the small gap on one side of the bed, not large enough to walk via, is to allow the changing of the bed sheets. The flooring in the room is lifting up and missing in places, I stubbed my toe.

The hotel’s location was strategic and very near to so many great eateries as well as the main bus hub for you to travel to anywhere around the island. I was given a room located at the corner part of the hotel hence it was very quiet with only footsteps sound when someone passes by. The amenities provided in the room were sufficient. Breakfast was good too. Overall stay was great.

The hotel is unsuitable for visitors who drove come to this hotel. The hotel has many rooms but only with less 15 hotel parking. Need to park outside hotel which is very limited too (before 11pm) due to people come to street stalls nearby . The morning staff (Shima) answered me with unpleasant voice. Her answer was not convincing at all. The elevator was not working for my two days staying. Overall, it was my bad experience staying at this hotel.
