Our stay was quite nice overall. The room came equipped with a hot shower and hair dryer. For ironing, you’d have to step outside the room. It’s a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash since the ones they provide are from an unknown brand and may not be suitable for everyone. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. One downside is that the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear noises from outside. They really should improve the cleanliness of their pillowcases. We were also allowed to check in at 2:45 pm, and the free parking on-site was a plus! We’re likely to consider coming back.

One of the best and affordable hotels I've been to. The staff are friendly and the amenities are good for its price. The rooms were also clean. Initially I was disappointed that there was no mineral water provided until I noticed that there was a water dispenser outside our room. Turned out to be so much better since I could refill unlimited amount of water at my desired temperature. While the hotel did not have a breakfast area, there is a common area at the lobby to chill. They even have a coffee machine where guest can help themselves to fresh coffee (not the instant coffee kind). Additionally, there is also a laundry area for guest who would like to do their own laundry. The location is a bit far from the nearest convenience store but the hotel has a vending machine if guest would like to purchase snacks (at affordable prices). Will definitely return if I come to Penang again!

The concierge Niaz is very helpful and is all smiles, love to see that! Hotel is strategically located near the food places, some are within walking distance. We really appreciate that the room is very clean, no dust or grimes spotted. They have water dispensers in every floor and a coffee machine at the lobby. The place is very welcoming and we would definitely come back again.

Staff was not really friendly. Was more disappointed regarding the room. There were ants on the floor and table. While I was having dinner, within minutes there were ants coming down from the ceiling to the table. It was all over the table. Probably needed a good spray of pesticide to clean it. Other than that, nothing to complain. The facilities provided are really nice and the room too, if there were no ants. Attached together are the photos of ants while I was just trying to wind down and have my dinner peacefully.

It's a good value for money budget hotel with decent amenities. The rooms are really big and spacious with basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. There's also a kettle and instant coffee available. There's a clothes hanging area too. One thing I appreciated about this hotel is the privacy window blinds. This allows me to keep my curtains drawn, to allow sunlight to enter my room in the morning, without fearing my privacy being invaded. There is also a common area with board games in the lobby to hang out at, and a self-service coin laundromat at the lobby. There is also a small kitchen area with microwaves at the lobby available for usage. Do note that there is a 2RM heritage tax which needs to be paid by cash during check in.
