If someone asks me if they should stay at this hotel, I would say… unless you like those 90’s vibe, do not book this hotel. There are many in the area that are better than this hotel if you pay a few extra bugs. The reception staff was really good, specially Shawn, Jose and the Asian lady I met during evening shifts. The cleaning lady was nice to talk to. The only problems I had with the hotel was, it is old fashioned, still uses door metal keys for the room, got strict guest rules and they are not allowed after 10pm. The lobby entrance is locked after 8pm itself and it’s a hassle to keep asking receptionist to open the door for you. Also another thing that I didn’t like was they preauthorize a charge of $100 on your credit card at the time of check-in, the receptionist confirmed it will be back on my card while leaving the hotel. They serve coffee from 7-10am and no breakfast. All in all, if you got a little more money I would say go for other hotels in the area that are upgraded with advanced features.

We were in town for 1 night to go to Roger’s Arena. It was close enough to walk. The room was quaint/cozy & very clean. We got a double bed & bathroom en suite. The staff were very friendly. Parking was next door, easy to navigate, & free. Fable diner & bar was next door & had really great food.

Location is great and if you need to save money hey its an option for sure. But our room smelled like old diaper... not soiled, just old... and I had to air out the room for hours, but it came back when we closed the windows to sleep. Rooms are tiny, but they feel fairly clean... Though cleaning staff was listening to earbuds while working in halls a d rooms, so not receptive to questions. Thin, old walls as we heard a couple fighting down the hall all night. We stared into an office.
