1. Before check in no one answer call. 2. The lift is broken, no choice then I need to take my luggage until Level 3. 3. The towel have stain as I can’t be accept it. Look dirty. 4. Bed have stain too, had some “black-black”(not so sure what’s that) 5. Few lights was damaged, including washroom light. It’s feel…………. 6. Ceiling was serious damaged without repair. 7. Have a plug also damaged without repair. 8. Air-Condition not cool at all. The feeling estimate might be in around 23’C. Overall this boutique hotel, not worth in 3 star.

I’ve checked in with family of 4. The hotel lobby was beautiful but the rooms was the worst we ever enter! The beds also looked like being used by other guests and seemed they just make up the room instead of changing it to new and clean bedsheet. Stain at the bedsheet. I think the housekeeping is not trained well enough. Got dry dead coackroach and dust hanging on the table. Towels also need to rent. I asked the receptionist, why do we need to rent. He said don’t know and don’t even bother ask. All hotel supposed to provide towels to guest. Even if we need to rent, at least give a valid reason. Also, I don’t expect too much just keep the cleanliness real. People staying at hotel to rest not for fun. We even drove here from JB and expect to rest well. If management cannot handle this problem, don’t even bother open a hotel and don’t framing your customers like this. In your online website looks very good but in real, totally disaster.

i stayed a few time, sometimes confuse especially during my last stay, we had to rent a towel, no decanter, hot water as well. should Duty manager explain upon check in. BUt still the place still continence to stay

It was a horrible night when I received my room and spent a time killing these small cockroaches!! The room wasn’t clean, there was a spider nets in every corner, there was no shampoo or shower essentials and if you need a towel they will charge you RM3 to provide you one, the lift wasn’t working so I had to take the stairs to go my room in level 3! Unforgettable experience
