Stayed twice at this great budget hotel right in the middle of Sapporo, booked the same small double room. Rooms are decent albeit a bit small (see picture), no smoke smell, service is very good. Bathroom is small but well equipped, with bathtub. Heating and air-conditioning work very well. Room rates vary greatly throughout the year (Dec '22 was much cheaper than Aug '23), so book early and online - walk in rate can be very high. A 7-Eleven is right next door, and Family Mart around the corner. Lots of other food options around. Overall perfect for a solo traveller. Looking to stay again. Pros: above. Cons: not many. It can be difficult to extend the booking during peak seasons and the rate can be high.

Very near to hotel abest station to go to the airport. Hotel room is small but it’s ok for the price you pay. Just one hotel male staff or manager who is freaking rude - minus two stars because of him.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. During our stay we would like to reserve some activities, we were very lucky that 小菅樣（Kosuge樣） helped us to reserve with extra hospitality and even helped us to check the transport! Highly appreciated and made our journey so perfect! Definitely she is the best staff and made us a very memorable trip!

Conveniently located two streets from Odori park because I came here for the Snow festival. It is also a couple of streets from the centre of Sapporo so you aren't far from all the major stores, restaurants and bars etc. The room was nice and warm with thermostat control on the air-conditioning. The downstairs has a vending machine and ice machine for drinks as well as a microwave. The service from the staff was excellent, especially when I needed a few extra amenities. The hotel does everything as advertised, a very satisfied customer.
